Description
The Universal Set form the Lego Technic series is a set for beginners. Here, the instructions show four different models with simple functions that can be built. I built what I consider to be the best one and rated it accordingly. In the car, the back wheels are driven by the engine, and, at the same time, the front wheels are steered. In practice it means that the front wheels constantly turn from left to right and left again, so the car slaloms. It’s astonishing to see how a rotating movement is transformed into an oscillating or an up-and-down movement. Obviously, there’s not much fun. Overall, it gets three stars in the rating.
