Description
The BMW M 1000 RR from the Lego Technic series is the first (motorcycle) model on a scale of 1:5, resulting in a huge model that offers plenty of space for details and functions. The assembly is a little difficult in places, but considering that it is an 18+ model, this is justified. Unlike the Ducati, a 3+N gearbox has been used here, and the engine block has been built from transparent bricks so that the piston movement can be observed when the engine is pushed. When you look at the model, new details keep catching your eye. Be it the brake lines, the golden chain links etc... . Nevertheless, the model is somewhat fragile in places, but this is not a problem. As a small bonus, there are two additional instrument panels that can be exchanged according to taste.
